Service update – calls will now be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am – 5pm, with a priority hour for NHS workers 9-10am. For calls made outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will call you back. 

With the uncertainty brought about by the Coronavirus outbreak, it is normal to feel anxious about what’s to come. As experts in mental health, Smart TMS are here to help.

Our qualified practitioners are offering additional support for those suffering from increased anxiety or worsening mental health due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ll offer this support in the form of free* online support sessions with our practitioners who will give advice on managing your anxieties.

These sessions will be tailored to your needs and last approximately 30 minutes. We’ll focus on practical advice on how you can help to manage your mental health during uncertain times. This might include breathing techniques, advice on managing panic attacks and mindfulness exercises – We’re here for you.

We have introduced a priority hour for sessions booked between 9am and 10am for NHS staff and key workers. Please make our team aware if you are NHS staff or a key worker when booking your session.

Sessions will be available from the 23rd March until the 31st August 2020; sessions will be booked on a first come, first served basis; sessions will last approximately 30 minutes; a maximum of 5 sessions per person; sessions will be allocated at the discretion of the patient adviser team, practitioner and supporting medical director.  Should we decline to offer advice to an individual based on our screening process we will offer signposting to relevant support and accept no liability for sessions offered free of charge; no cash alternative; sessions cannot be exchanged for any other service from Smart TMS; we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
