Mental Health Awareness Week 2017
For #MHAW2017, Smart TMS will be offering 5 free consultations for repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, a non-invasive treatment for depression and a range of other conditions.
TMS Consultation (Initial Assessment)
A TMS consultation is an opportunity to explore whether repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation could be of help for the patient. It involves an extensive review of medical and mental health history as well as a discussion about other treatments tried in the past and ongoing and their effectiveness. This is not limited to medication – talking therapies, counselling and any other treatments will be discussed.
The consultation is completely private and confidential. There is no obligation to go ahead unless both the patient and Smart TMS’s team are happy that it is the right route for them.
Free Consultation Offer
For Mental Health Awareness Week, Smart TMS are offering 5 free consultations. The normal price of a consultation is £200-250, depending on the condition.
Terms & Conditions:
- 5 patients will be selected from those applying for information between 5th May – 14th May 2017
- Selection will be based on a range of suitability criteria assessed by Smart TMS
- Patients must be over 18
- Consultation appointments are subject to availability
- Consultations must be taken within 6 weeks of the offer
- The free consultation can be transferred to another person (friend/family member) subject to suitability criteria and approval by Smart TMS
- There is no cash alternative to this offer

Mental Health Awareness Week 2017 looks at the difference between ‘surviving’ and ‘thriving’.
