Smart TMS, have announced a new live chat service for people interested in finding out more about their Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatment.
This service is ideal for getting the answer to a very quick question or two. It is also another option for those who would prefer not to speak over the telephone, whether that is due to concern about being overheard, preferring anonymity; or any kind of anxiety lack of confidence that makes it difficult to talk openly.
Live Chat Hours
Live chat will normally be available on the Smart TMS website during the following hours:
- Morning – 9am-2pm
- Evening – 7.30pm-9pm
(*Please note: these hours may be subject to change according to demand and availability of a Smart TMS adviser).
The service will operate Monday to Friday.
