NEW Mental Health Support Helpline Service

TMS Support

Mental health experts Smart TMS have launched a Mental Health Support Helpline to provide online assistance with expert advice and guidance for those who are feeling anxious or depressed.

When lockdown started all clinics were forced to close for several months, yet Smart TMS soon realised that increasing numbers were struggling with the stress and pressures of the pandemic. Many worried about job security and money. Working from home, when possible, was a big adjustment. Relationships were put under pressure. And of course, the threat of the illness itself and concern for loved ones added further worries.

Now that clinics are open again, Smart TMS has been able to welcome clients back into appointments for consultation and treatment.

Yet the company has found that there is still demand for high quality support by phone, as many Brits are struggling and finding that NHS or charity services are difficult to access due to a combination of COVID restrictions and high demand.

FREE Mental Health Support Helpline

Smart TMS’s Mental Health Support Helpline service is provided by qualified practitioners who can offer up to 5 online support sessions on managing anxiety and worry; giving practical advice on how to manage your symptoms and concerns.

Each session is approximately half an hour long and tailored to the needs of the individual patient. On a one-to-one basis, our practitioners can teach you simple and effective skills such as how to manage panic attacks, mindfulness or breathing techniques.

Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 5pm
