Referral SchemeWe’ve had another great month of patient feedback across our network of national clinics. Here we share the patient feedback we received in October.

I would recommend TMS to anyone else struggling as an alternative method of treatment as I think it has been helpful and the team are very kind and here to help.

As a non-invasive option- one thing to try that is not med-based. The 60% success rate. Only issue is the expense (otherwise 10).

It didn’t do what I wanted but it still helped with other things.

Non-invasive, no negative side-effects, any attempt to minimise involvement in medication is worth pursuing.

Friendly staff.

Lindy was great- intelligent, caring, responsive, and friendly.

Company was nice and I wasn’t forced into doing something I didn’t want to.

Friendly, respectful, and human touch from Rio. She had patience and fielding questions and flexibility of appointment times.

Friendly.

No improvements needed in terms of care received.
