Patient advisor
Based: Cirencester
We have an open vacancy at our head office in Cirencester for a Patient Advisor.
Our Patient Advisors focus on sales and customer service, to provide patients with all the information they need to commence their TMS treatment journey.
Our Patient Advisors are warm, empathetic and organised. They provide the highest level of service to all patients, psychiatrists and GPs over the phone and by email, to ensure effective communication with all teams and patients about their care. See full role description.
