Patient Advisor – Cirencester

We are looking for a confident Patient Advisor to join our office team in Cirencester.  An organised self starter who can be empathetic and a good listener.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Follow up on sales enquiries providing patients with standard information on TMS by email and by telephone. Logging all details on CRM database
  • Liaise with Specialists and GPs who refer patients
  • Send patient pre-assessment questionnaires and any additional forms depending on their condition
  • Triage patients forms following SOPs developed by the Medical Director and assign patient to an appropriate consultant. Contact Medical Director where necessary.
  • Arrange the initial assessment at a suitable time for patient and clinician. Follow up with clinician on prescription and course of treatment.  Ensure database has been updated.
  • Arrange suitable time with for treatment with the patient – book and confirm appointments to patient
  • Send out standard letter to patients GP. Upload letter and any responses to patient database
  • Create invoices using Xero and follow up to ensure payment has been received before treatment commences.
  • Maintain CRM database on status of patient
  • Such other tasks as may reasonably be required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Psychology, another science or related to mental health would be an advantage
  • Experience in a mental health/care environment would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Experience in auditing and administration would be advantageous, as would diary management
  • A good standard of communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Experience in using Xero or similar financial software
  • Experience in a similar sales/customer service role would be an advantage

Psychologist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated psychologist, with an interest in Neuropsychology to join our team of clinicians.

This role will be to assess patients’ suitability, prescribe treatment protocols and supervise the patient’s journey throughout their treatment to discharge back to their care team in accordance with GMC and CQC guidelines.

We will provide you with full training and support that you will need for this independent role through a fully managed workload and a dedicated administration team.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Carry out online assessments via Skype or similar online platform
  • Assess patients’ suitability for TMS therapy
  • Prescribe appropriate treatment protocols
  • Supervise the patient’s journey throughout their treatment
  • Discharge back to the patient’s care team in accordance with GMC and CQC guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Psychologist
  • Interest in Neuropsychology

Technician – Southampton – HIDDEN

We are looking for a Mental Health Assistant to perform rTMS treatments to patients in our Southampton clinic.

More About This Role

  • This role would suit someone with experience of mental health issues, either personally or as a carer, or with an interest in psychology
  • You will need to be empathetic as we are working with patients who are depressed and/or anxious, so being a good listener is imperative

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Measure patients in preparation for TMS treatment
  • Perform TMS treatments on patients for a range of different conditions in accordance with SOPs and prescriptions
  • Administer psychometric tests
  • Conduct observational assessments
  • Maintain patients records
  • Support the patient through their treatment, keeping them informed of progress and developments
  • Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Keep the responsible clinician informed of the patient’s progress through regular contact
  • Programme the TMS machine for different treatment protocols as required by the Medical Director
  • Be mindful of the requirements of CQC guidelines and company policies
  • Keep the Patient Support team informed of the patient’s progress so that invoices are raised in a timely manner
  • Provide written material for the Company’s website or PR campaigns
  • Assist in performing statistical analysis for audit purposes
  • Assist in triaging of new patients
  • Keep the Patient Support team informed of the patient’s progress so that invoices are raised in a timely manner

Qualifications & Skills

As TMS is an innovative treatment, we do not expect you to have experience: we will provide the training and ongoing development. A prescribing clinician will always be available to provide advice on a patient’s treatment if required.
