Dr Edward Clark is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical Director at Smart TMS. He joined Smart TMS in 2021 as a Psychiatrist, becoming Deputy Medical Director in 2022 and Medical Director in 2025.
He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of depression and other mental health conditions, with a particular interest in neuromodulation and innovative treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
In his role as Medical Director, Dr Clark provides clinical leadership across Smart TMS, supporting high standards of patient care, clinical governance and the continued development of TMS services. He combines an evidence-based, patient-centred approach with a strong focus on practical and effective treatment.
