Meet the Dublin team
TMS practitioner
Niamh’s interest in science began during her Leaving Certificate, where she chose Biology as a subject and achieved a H1. Motivated by her curiosity about human behaviour, Niamh went on to complete a BSc in Psychology from University College Dublin where she developed a strong interest in neuroscience and brain behaviour relationships. Eager to deepen her expertise, Niamh then completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Neurodevelopmental Disorders equipping her to effectively support neurodivergent individuals across a range of settings. Niamh subsequently completed an MSc in Applied Clinical Neuropsychology from Trinity College Dublin. Throughout her MSc, Niamh further refined her understanding of brain – behaviour relationships, neurological disorders and neuromodulation techniques.
Professionally, Niamh has over two years’ experience in the field of Social Care. Niamh began her career working as a Social Care Worker in mainstream residential care, supporting children and young people. Niamh then progressed into a Senior Social Care Worker role within an adult autism – specific residential care unit. Through these roles, Niamh developed strong leadership skills, clinical insight, and a deep understanding of person-centred, trauma-informed care.
Following completion of her MSc, Niamh participated in a two-week mental health volunteering programme in Ghana broadening her cultural awareness and experience within diverse mental health settings.
In her free time, Niamh can be found travelling to a new country, going to the gym and keeping up to date with the latest documentaries on Netflix.
