How Smart TMS can work with you

 

Once you have submitted your referral, one of our patient advisors will contact you to discuss your patient’s requirements. They will also request contact details for the patient to introduce themselves and give more information on TMS treatment.

Your patient will be sent a series of online pre-consultation questionnaires, including a medical history, PHQ-9 and HADS to help our clinicians establish how we can help.

The clinician taking on clinical responsibility will, with patient consent, write to you following the initial consultation to detail the treatment that has been prescribed and will follow up with an overview of the progress made upon discharging the patient back into your care.

If you are unsure at any stage throughout TMS treatment, our patient advisors are happy to arrange a suitable time for you to speak directly to the prescribing clinician.
